What can I expect?
When. you first book a class, a member of the cirqueathome team will contact you to discuss your class requirements and your personal objectives. From there, we can help you craft a bespoke training plan, connect you with a specific trainer or class and answer any questions you may have. Behind the scenes, we will be busty tracking your goals and creating interesting new training routines to help keep your trainings fresh and engaging.
How does pricing & currency work?
All prices quoted are based in CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD) at the base rate of $100 per hour. For clients outside of Canada, the same rate applies and will be billed in US dollars. Your browser should automatically convert the amount into your local currency from the USD rate, but please do check before you checkout.
How does membership work?
Membership to cirqueathome recurs monthly. You will be notified by email before your next billing cycle starts, so you can decide whether you would like to stay on as a valued member, or cancel your membership at any time. You will not be charged if you cancel before the renewal date.
How do I get connected?
You will need an internet connection, smartphone or ipad device or desktop / laptop computer with a front facing webcam and the Zoom app installed.

What equipment do I need?
You will need a 6' x 6' space in most cases with a tablet or laptop (ideally) located in front of you. For our yoga classes: you will need a mat, and we can work with whatever eqipment you currently have. Our masterclasses are slightly different, you will need some specific equipment and a little more space for say, a juggling class. We suggest starting our with a simple set of juggling balls. You can pick up a set at our shop or bring you own. We will discuss equipment, space and connection requirements during your initial free consultation.
Where are your instructors located and what times do you have classes?
Our instructors are all over the world, isolating at home due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. Before this time we were Performers and staff working for Cirque Du Soleil on one of their myriad of incredible productions. Scheduling is complicated as we have instructors on the East and West coasts of the USA, Canada, Mexico, England, The Netherlands, France, Poland and Russia! We will do our best to find you the right instructor in the right time zone.
Health and Safety
We take our customers and our instructors health and safetly very seriously. We ask that for all sessions, you are on camera at all times, except if you need a break of course. All sessions will be overseen by a cirqueathome moderator who will make sure you stay connected and everything remains safe and professional at all times. Please, no nudity or profanity, or your sesion will be cancelled immediately without refund.
